Scalable print volume
Most 3D printers on the market come in fixed sizes and shapes, this limits the machines to predetermined print volumes. At Dddrop, we have decided to change this by letting our customers decide their own print volume based on their requirements. This new generation of Dddrop 3D printers will feature scalable sizes in terms of X, Y, and Z axes without significantly impacting delivery times. This new way of 3D printing will offer opportunities like never before.
Printhead configuration
Purchasing a working printer comes with a printhead, printheads can be ordered in different configurations. Consider nozzle diameters.
Bed leveling
Our new system features two elements that work hand in hand to get the print surface as flat as possible. To calibrate the print surface, we use a sensor that takes 49 measurements over the entire surface, during printing it also actively calibrates.
Water cooling
The temperatures of materials and parts are of great importance in the 3D printing process, which is why we at Dddrop have broken new ground on cooling. The RAPID ONE is equipped with a water-cooled print head as standard, resulting in gains in terms of temperature fluctuations and print quality.
